You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered in a single shipment; or
   
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last item, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ProFashion GmbH, Heidelberger Str. 9-11, 69226 Nußloch, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0) 800 - 10 03 878, E-Mail: service.de@bettybarclay.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functioning.
