Resource efficiency is also a focus for us. We consciously design processes efficiently, exploit synergies, and use energy and materials responsibly. We also follow this principle in logistics, on environmentally friendly means of transport as well as reducing air transport. SUPPLY CHAIN
Responsibility within the supply chain is an integral part of our operations. To this end, we produce a voluntary report on our compliance and risk management within the supply chain.
Compliance Report
Brief report on compliance and risk management in the supply chain. Under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), we are no longer legally required to report. Regardless of this, we are continuing to implement our established strategy and the associated documentation in a consistent manner.
LISTENING
Our complaint management system ensures that any concerns and objections are addressed openly and considered seriously. In this way, we create transparency, encourage dialogue and use feedback as an opportunity for further development.
