We have a close partnership with our manufacturers. We supervise production processes directly on-site and review them regularly to support compliance with our labor and social standards. As an employer, we promote an open culture built on flat organisational structures, quick responses, and a close connection to our customers. Our employees are the foundation of our success – they drive us forward every day with creativity, team spirit and dedication.
We offer training courses on topics such as cybersecurity and mental health training for personal and professional development, as well as health services. We provide training in various job profiles and provide targeted support for young professionals. Works councils represent our employees’ interests at each location.

In addition to amfori BSCI, our suppliers also undergo social audits such as SA8000, SMETA, WRAP and other established standards. As an amfori member, we are happy to support suppliers who have not yet undergone an audit but show potential for growth on their journey toward a successful audit and continuous improvement.
